My stay was really good in all aspects. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to stores, restaurants, and other Palm Springs attractions. The proximity to The River at Rancho Mirage was a plus for me. I appreciated having a late check-out at 11:00.

The hotel provided excellent value for our stay, with very reasonable prices and attention to detail in the rooms. The staff were welcoming and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. And breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of items including made-to-order options at the on-site grill.

The food options here are great and super tasty. The hotel rooms are really spacious and the beds are so cozy you won't want to leave. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff is really friendly and polite. 😊

I was disappointed at the hotel. I have stayed there in the past, however, this time around it looked like it needed help especially the second floor. The A/C was not turned on on the hallways so it felt very stuffy, and the overall look of the second floor was dingy and dirty. I was very disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage. The rooms were spacious and had a pleasant scent. The hotel facilities were in great condition and the pool, which seemed to be heated, was a nice touch. The location was central to many activities in the city, including numerous golf courses and the popular River entertainment complex. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive.

The room is small but very clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable, plus there are many tasty meal choices available here.

The hotel's location close to everything was very convenient. It is near a shopping center with restaurants close by, making it easy to find from the airport. We loved that it was close to shops and restaurants. The staff provided excellent customer service, especially Gabriel who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great morning at breakfast.

Toilet location is bad. Two people cannot stand in front of the mirror because the toilet is in the way.
